Any and all till slips/receipts must show the purchase of a Lock & Lock plastic product to be considered as a valid entry. The Lock & Lock plastic product may be purchased at any retailer outlet/online store in South Africa.
The winner will be randomly drawn by a third-party service. The draw will take place on Tuesday 19 March 2019 and the winner will be announced on Wednesday 20th of March 2019.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
The winner and his/her selected companion must have a valid passport. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER the return date of the trip on 23rd of April 2019. The passport therefore cannot expire before or on the 23rd of October 2019.
The winner’s details will be posted on the Lock & Lock South Africa Facebook Page and the winner will be notified via email and a phone call on Wednesday 20 March 2019. The winner will be contacted to finalise the passenger details.
The winner and his/her selected companion will be required to send a copy of their valid passports for the winner to claim his/her prize.
The winner must claim his/her prize within 4 days from the announcement date (Sunday, 24th of March 2018). If the winner is not contactable or does not claim his/her prize within the required timeframe, Lock & Lock South Africa reserves the right to select another winner.
By participating in this competition, the winner of the grand prize agrees to release and hold the promoter, its agents, representatives, affiliates and service providers free of any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
No director, employee, agent, consultant, their spouses, partners or immediate family members associated with the organization can participate in this competition.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The winner agrees to accept the prize as is, at their own risk.
